Bring your favourite cup of whatever and kick back with others and let's chat about all things SFL! This is a space is completely optional to come when you can, share ideas, problem solve and to ask the Threads of Life team any questions. Invites will be sent through the calendar to hold the time.

The countdown is on for Steps for Life next spring. Throughout the planning cycle, there are a number of "action items" and "key dates" that you will need to address when planning your Steps for Life event. (Note: If LINKS unlinked - document is under review and edit. Once finalized and ready for download it will have a link.)
OCTOBER
This month's focus:

CONFIRM with Threads of Life that your committee is in place with plans to move forward for 2026 Steps for Life
